By registering for an API key, subscribing to a paid plan, or making any API request to any Quorvex API — including the Sports Odds API, Healthcare Provider API, SEC EDGAR Financial Data API, Weather Data API, FDA Recalls API, and BLS Labor Statistics API (collectively, the "APIs"), you agree to be bound by these API Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register for or use the APIs. These terms are separate from and in addition to any terms governing the Quorvex Daily newsletter or other Quorvex services.
Subject to your compliance with these terms and active subscription status, Quorvex grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the APIs for your own internal business, research, or development purposes. You may integrate API responses into applications, dashboards, and internal tools. You may not:
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe as recurring subscriptions. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Quorvex to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. The following billing terms apply:
Each subscription tier includes a monthly request allowance and data refresh interval as published on the pricing page. Rate limits are enforced per API key. Quorvex may throttle, queue, or reject requests that exceed the tier limit. The Free tier is subject to the most restrictive limits and may be suspended or revoked at any time without notice if abuse is detected. Enterprise tier requests are uncapped but subject to fair-use provisions — sustained traffic that degrades service for other customers may be throttled.
Upon registration, you will receive one or more API keys. You are solely responsible for keeping your API keys confidential and for all activity conducted using your keys. If you believe a key has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately to request rotation. Quorvex is not liable for unauthorized use of your API key prior to notification.
Sports Odds API: Data is sourced via automated scraping of public sportsbook websites. Data may contain errors, delays, omissions, or inaccuracies due to source site changes, scraping failures, or processing delays. No guarantee is made regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any odds, lines, or prop information. You are solely responsible for verifying all odds and lines with your sportsbook before placing any wager.
Healthcare Provider API: Data is sourced from the CMS National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) registry, a public U.S. government dataset. This data is public domain and is not protected by HIPAA. Data may contain errors, stale records, or omissions inherent in the source dataset. Quorvex does not modify, verify, or warrant the accuracy of individual provider records.
SEC EDGAR Financial Data API: Data is sourced from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission EDGAR system, a public U.S. government dataset. Data may contain errors, filing delays, omissions, or inaccuracies inherent in the source dataset. Quorvex does not modify, verify, or warrant the accuracy of any financial data, filing information, or company facts. Nothing in the API constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
Weather Data API: Data is sourced from the National Weather Service (NWS), a public U.S. government dataset. Data may contain errors, forecast inaccuracies, or omissions inherent in the source dataset. Quorvex does not modify, verify, or warrant the accuracy of any weather observations, forecasts, or alerts. Weather data should not be relied upon for safety-critical decisions without independent verification.
FDA Recalls API: Data is sourced from the FDA openFDA program, a public U.S. government dataset. Data may contain errors, recall status delays, omissions, or inaccuracies inherent in the source dataset. Quorvex does not modify, verify, or warrant the accuracy or completeness of any recall information. Nothing in the API constitutes medical, safety, or legal advice. Always verify recall information directly with the FDA or the recalling firm before taking action.
BLS Labor Statistics API: Data is sourced from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics public API, a public U.S. government dataset. Data may contain errors, revision delays, omissions, or inaccuracies inherent in the source dataset. Quorvex does not modify, verify, or warrant the accuracy of any economic indicators, time series data, or survey results. Nothing in the API constitutes financial, investment, or economic advice.
The Sports Odds API provides odds data for informational and analytical purposes only. Nothing in the API constitutes gambling advice, betting recommendations, or solicitations to place wagers. Quorvex does not facilitate gambling, accept wagers, process gambling payments, or act as an intermediary for any betting activity. Any wagering decisions made based on API data are made entirely at your own risk.
Quorvex is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any sportsbook, DFS platform, league, team, player, or third-party data provider including but not limited to DraftKings, FanDuel, Bovada, PrizePicks, Underdog, BetMGM, BetRivers, Novig, MLB, WNBA, NBA, NFL, NHL, CMS, NPPES, the SEC, the FDA, NOAA, the NWS, the BLS, or any other government agency. All league and team names are property of their respective owners. Sportsbook odds are the property of their respective sportsbooks and are presented as publicly available data. Government data is sourced from public datasets and is presented as provided by the respective agency.
The APIs are provided on a best-effort basis. No service-level agreement (SLA) is guaranteed on any tier. Quorvex is not liable for downtime, data gaps, scraping failures, rate-limiting by source sites, or any interruption of service. Maintenance windows, source site changes, and network issues may cause temporary data gaps without notice. Enterprise tier customers will receive best-effort priority support and notifications for planned downtime.

The Healthcare Provider API provides access to the CMS NPPES registry, which is a public directory of licensed U.S. healthcare providers. This data is not protected by HIPAA because it is publicly available information provided by providers themselves for directory purposes. However, Quorvex prohibits the use of this data for stalking, harassment, identity theft, or any unlawful purpose. Using provider contact information for unsolicited mass marketing may also violate CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and other regulations — you are responsible for compliance with all applicable marketing, privacy, and consumer protection laws.
The API infrastructure, code, scoring models, documentation, and user interface are the intellectual property of Quorvex. The underlying data (sports odds, healthcare provider records, SEC financial filings, weather observations, FDA recall records, BLS labor statistics) is sourced from public U.S. government and publicly available sources and remains the property of those sources. Your license covers access to the API interface and the processed data responses, not ownership of the underlying data.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quorvex, its operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
Quorvex reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will cooperate with Quorvex in asserting any available defenses. You may not settle any matter without Quorvex's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quorvex, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the APIs or any data contained therein. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses from wagering decisions, business decisions based on healthcare data, reliance on inaccurate data, or interruption of service. Your use of the APIs is at your sole risk. In no event shall Quorvex's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or the APIs exceed the amount you paid to Quorvex in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The limitations and exclusions in this section apply even if Quorvex has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The APIs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. Quorvex makes no warranty that the APIs will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that data will be current or complete.
Quorvex may suspend or revoke API access at any time for violation of these terms, abusive usage patterns, non-payment, or any other reason at its sole discretion. Upon termination, your API key will be deactivated and all outstanding requests will be rejected. No refunds are provided for terminations due to terms violations. You may terminate your subscription at any time by cancelling through Stripe or contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, all provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to sections on indemnification, limitation of liability, intellectual property, and governing law.
Quorvex shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these terms when such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, source website outages, rate-limiting or blocking by third-party websites, labor disputes, or any other circumstance beyond Quorvex's reasonable control. Quorvex will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable after the event.
You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense these terms, your API subscription, or your API key to any third party without Quorvex's prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void. Quorvex may assign these terms freely in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. These terms bind and benefit the parties and their respective permitted successors and assigns.
Quorvex reserves the right to update these API Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the APIs after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the APIs shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois. Before initiating litigation, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through written notice and a 30-day cure period. If the dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, either party may initiate formal proceedings.
No waiver of any provision of these terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by Quorvex. Quorvex's failure to enforce any right or provision on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it on any future occasion. Quorvex's failure to enforce any provision does not modify or limit that provision or Quorvex's right to enforce it at a later time.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These API Terms of Service, together with the API Privacy Policy available at quorvexonline.com/api-privacy and the pricing information published at quorvexonline.com/pricing, constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and Quorvex with respect to the APIs. These terms supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, regarding the APIs. If any conflict exists between these terms and any other Quorvex terms (including the Quorvex Daily newsletter terms), these API Terms of Service shall control with respect to API usage.
